The true essence of healthy schooling/parenting is educators’ self-awareness. This self-awareness is the ability to look at one’s self from academic year to year during educator-parent-child interaction and ask one’s self, “How am I feeling?” This one ability, above all else, has the potential to be a major catalyst for change in the education system.

Teacher gives knowledge to students. Any teacher can give it without love but s/he cannot love it without giving. In other words, teacher can teach, just for living, but a good teacher cannot teach without loving and caring students.

Though students will not be in teachers’ care forever,   they are seeds that are planted in the gardens of teachers’ lives only for a brief season.  The season to tend to good seeds is upon teachers.

If a farmer does not tend to his field, what will it look like when harvest time arrives? Students are a reflection of how schools attend to their needs.
